Collin Tadlock’s responsibilities include assisting to facilitate the growth of the company as well as overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including but not limited to leasing, property management, insurance, maintenance department and construction management.
Beginning his career in 1997, Collin has overseen the management and operations of retail, commercial office and industrial spaces totaling over 9+ million square feet throughout Texas and Wisconsin. Prior to joining 2ML Real Estate Interests, Inc. (formerly The Grocers Supply Co., Inc.) he was with PS Business Parks for four years. Prior to that he worked for Wangard Partners, Crescent Real Estate Equities, Moody Rambin Interests and Boxer Property and has serviced such tenants as BP, Exxon Mobil, Conoco Phillips, Murphy Exploration, Family Dollar, Fiesta Mart Inc. along with other nationally recognized tenants.
Collin has extensive experience in property operations as well as capital planning, construction management, financial planning/reporting and the training and development of personnel.

Responsibilities as Vice President of Accounting include working with all aspects of the organization. To make sure all accounting procedures are followed and financial information is readily available. Areas of responsibility include but not limited to banking, account reconciliations, cash activity reporting, general ledger review, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tenant adjustments, and financial reporting.
Barry began his career in 1981 overseeing the office and accounting operations for a Residential Construction company in Texas. The construction company focused on large residential remodels in the River Oaks area of Houston. In 1984 he continued working with office and accounting operations with an Electronics Retailer with two retail outlets in Houston. Barry joined Grocers Supply Co., Inc. in 1986 as an Accountant in the Retail Accounting Department. He conducted accounting functions and prepared financials for 23 grocery store operations. In 1998, Barry was given the added responsibility of handling the accounting and financial work for the Real Estate operations of Grocers Supply. Barry was promoted to Manager in 2002 and supervised four degreed accountants, eight accounting clerks while continuing to handle the Real Estate accounting. The Real Estate accounting demanded the coordination with the General Accounting Department for Financial Reporting, Property Taxes, and Fixed Assets.
Barry has over 34 years of experience in real estate accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, banking, and general ledger functions as well as management of personnel. Barry assumed the responsible for setting up the current accounting operations for 2ML Real Estate Interests, Inc. and was instrumental with opening bank accounts as well as the company payroll through Insperity.
